《天龙八部》剧中，乔峰没有和谁在一起。乔峰一生中最爱的女生就是阿朱，顺理成章地与阿朱走到一块儿，可是最后却因为一些误会，乔峰失手打死了阿朱。之后就一直是阿朱的妹妹阿紫陪伴在乔峰的身边，但直到最后乔峰也没有和她在一起。

乔峰对阿朱的感情是非常深厚的，因为两人一块儿共同经历了生死。在所有的人都怀疑乔峰，不相信乔峰的时候，只有阿朱一个人相信他。而乔峰也因为救阿朱的性命而付出了非常大的代价。阿朱死后乔峰一直非常的愧疚，因此担负起了照顾阿紫的责任，因为阿紫是阿朱唯一的妹妹。

在长时间的相处之下，阿紫对乔峰的感情已经慢慢的产生了变化，从对姐夫的依靠变成了对姐夫的爱恋，最后甚至因为自己的这点爱恋，害死了自己的姐夫乔峰。他因为得到嘲讽给乔峰喝下了圣水，孰不知圣水中已经被其他人下了毒，正是因为中了毒乔分，才被契丹王给抓住了。虽然最后在众位兄弟的努力之下把乔峰救了出来，可是乔峰因为民族大义，最后还是选择了自杀。

心中一直从有正义的乔峰接受不了契丹王的话。他劝服契丹王不再战斗，只不过是因为民众，而不是因为功名利禄。他自杀之后，阿紫也自挖双目，抱着他一同跳下了悬崖。由此可见，乔峰深深的爱着阿朱，而阿紫却深深的爱着乔峰。这样的结局多少还是有些可悲的。
